Sarah Arnold RMT

Sarah Arnold is a Registered Massage Therapist within the Yaletown Massage Therapy Clinic. She graduated from the 3000 hour massage therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy School.

Before starting her massage therapy career she was a Senior International Level Ice Dancer for Canada. Some of her highlights in her competitive career were competing at the ISU Grand Prix Skate Canada International as well as the Nebelhorn Trophy in Oberstdorf, Germany. She also as competed in 4 National Level competitions at the Junior and Senior Level.

Sarah is a Skate Canada Certified coach and has been coaching since 2006. She works with beginner to international level skaters on and off the ice. With her extensive ice dance background she specializes in improving the skaters skating skills and movement on the ice. Coaching young athletes is what brought her to the massage therapy profession. Her goal was to understand the human anatomy, injuries and preventative measures to allow the athlete to continue on with their training.

Sarah has been certified in Pilates Mat and Reformer since 2012.

Sarah’s background in skating and Pilates combined with her clinical experience as a massage therapist has given her the tools to provide an effective treatment and therapeutic exercises in order to work with a wide range of patients. She has a keen interest in Athletic Treatment, Pre and Post Natal and Postural Alignment.

On her days off you can find her up in the mountain skiing or hiking, in the rink teaching, running the sea wall or just relaxing on the beach.
