Wendy Rodgers RMT

Combining a background in psychology with her love for yoga, Wendy enjoys incorporating breathing with therapeutic manual techniques to reduce your muscle pain, decrease tension and relax your nervous system.

Wendy is particularly effective in treating pain arising from postural dysfunction, tension headaches, TMJ syndrome, overuse injuries and enjoys treating post-surgical scar tissue. Calling on a variety of techniques, Wendy uses Swedish, trigger point release, myofascial, lymphatic drainage, stretching, joint mobilizations and active release to help you reach and maintain your goals. Clients can expect homecare in order to maximize and prolong the results from treatment.

Wendy recharges by spending time in the mountains; snowboarding, hiking, camping and capturing the landscapes with her lens.
