Fibie Nia RMT

Fibie graduated from the WCCMT in 2004 and has practiced in Vancouver for the past seven years before she came to join Yaletown Massage Therapy. She brings extensive knowledge to her practice from her past career as a physiotherapist. She had completed a masters in the field and practiced in a clinic and university hospital for ten years, working with patients in pre and post surgery and chronic and acute orthopedic cases. Her experiences range from lower back pain, knee pain, and neck pain, osteoarthritics and pre and post injury in sports, specifically soccer and basketball. She is able to successfully bridge her experiences from her past to present career with her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, active/passive movements and stretch/strengthening exercises. All of these assist in postural correction and realignment in her patients.
Fibie’s post graduation courses are mostly in soft tissue and fascial release.

Fibie is available on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and alternating Sundays.
